Will we get to the airport before checkin closes?

Yes, we make sure you are out at the Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP) around 40 minutes before check in closes. We are a very small airport and check in is very fast; This is plenty of time!
How do we find you on arrival at the airport?

One of our drivers will be standing behind the Airport Desk (located opposite the luggage collection area and your name will be on the TV screen. Make yourself known to them and they will tell you where to go once you have collected your luggage.
What happens if our flight is delayed?

All of our shuttle buses opreate according to flight numbers. This means if your flight is delayed we will be there to meet you no matter what time it arrives.

To ensure our bus is there waiting for you upon arrival please ensure you have booked your service type based on your flight number.
Where do you drop us off?

We drop off at all Resorts, Hotels, Airbnb’s, Hostels, Marinas, Shute Harbour and Private addresses.
Will the shuttle wait for us to collect our bags?

We have one shuttle bus dedicated for each arriving flight, we don’t leave the airport until everyone from your flight has collected their luggage and is on board.
